Specializing in Bernina, Husqvarna and Brother, Allan Smoke, our professional factory-trained and certified repair technician, provides on-site service for all brands and models of mechanical and computerized sewing machines, embroidery machines and sergers.

A $50.00 non-refundable charge is payable in advance for estimating the cost of repairs when you leave your machine with us. This amount will be applied towards the cost of your repairs or general maintenance when you pick up your machine.

We offer a basic, premium or overhaul service for each of the five machine categories of Mechanical, Electronic, Embroidery, Basic Serger and Special or 5 thread serger. All work is completed on site at our service depot in our fully equipped service centre.

Basic Service

Less than two years since the last service and /or minor parts replacement. Includes a ninety day warranty on service. Parts used are not included in service fee.

Premium Service

Over two years since last service and/or machine is out of time, needle bar position is out of adjustment, needs intermediate parts replacement, will not form stitches properly. Includes a ninety day warranty on service and parts replaced. Parts used are not included in service fee.

Overhaul Service

Over two years since last service and/or machine is bound, frozen, or needs major parts replacement; i.e. gears, cams, timing belt, shaft, hook, needle bar, electronic board replacement, looper etc. Includes a ninety day warranty on service and parts replaced. Parts used are not included in service fee.
