I began my career when I was very young creating fashionista doll clothes by hand from leftover scraps of fabric!  My love of sewing and fashion grew from there.

I graduated from Mohawk College in Hamilton ON with certification in both Dressmaking and Fashion Design. Since then I have gone on to have a home based business where I designed and made wedding attire, as well as both performance and historical costumes. I also enjoy teaching because I can pass on the love of sewing to others.

Working here at L A Sewing Group allows me to see the future of the art of sewing, machine embroidery, and design for the home based sewer and business person alike. Just imagine the possibilities, its exciting!
