I bought my latest sewing machine from LA Sewing, and am really happy with it! Laurie, Pat and Allan are really friendly and helpful. I learned a few tips when I picked up my machine, took the free owner's maintenance class (strongly recommended), and also a few of the sewing classes. Classes are small in size, and the instructors are very patient with beginners, giving lots of hands-on help. The instructors are not just salespeople, but experts in their field, and very willing to work with complete beginners.

Unlike other stores, the relationship with sewing and LA Sewing Group only started when I bought my machine. Through their free or inexpensive classes, I learned how to take extra good care of my machine, the value of having it serviced regularly (if you've ever broken a machine from lack of care, you'll appreciate this), and the benefits of taking classes to revisit old sewing techniques, and stretch my imagination by learning new techniques. L A Sewing is a wonderful busness for we sewers . Lots of classes , helpful staff, service for machines and purchesing new machines . I have experienced all their services and find them great to deal with and the pricing is very fair .

I have found L. A. Sewing Group to be a very good place to shop for sewing machines. They have a good range of machines from which to choose and work with you to decide which machine would suit you best. Laurie and Pat provide good follow up on learning how to use the machines, and instruct in the many courses available in a wide range of subjects. Owners of all makes of machines are welcome to take advantage of the courses. Allan is well trained to provide service for the machines and is constantly taking courses to keep up to date. L.A. Sewing Group also provides help for the community; they are currently providing mittens for those that need assistance over the winter months. I am a very satisfied customer.

What a terrific find this past year - LA Sewing Group! Having trained in Fashion Design at Ryerson, I used a Husqvarna Sewing Machine for 42 years without a lot of available machine education and instruction, I was absolutely thrilled to locate a full service sewing centre that provides user friendly cheerful and upbeat customer service. The array of classes being offered is hard to choose from. The staff and facilitators are patient and knowledgeable. My family chuckles that with my sewing knowledge I am so enthusiastic about attending another class but each day brings me into state of the art sewing techniques. Sewing has never been so easy.
